Cylindrical Die-Cutting
Just the job for cutting and creasing even the most difficult or ornate shapes. Our range of Heidelberg cylinders and platen cutting machines enable Proco to comfortably manage the ever increasing workload in supplying printers and print brokers alike.

Stitch Bindery
Stab, Loop and Saddle Stitching are all techniques which are widely used for magazines, newsletters, booklets and small catalogues.

Non-Stitch Bindery
Comb Binding or Plastic Bound, Spiral Binding or Coil Bound and Wire-O Binding or Wire Bound are among the most common and easiest ways to bind multiple pages which allow publications to lie flat when open.

NCR
‘No Carbon Required’ or ‘Duplicate’ pads are another speciality of Proco where multiple leafs are printed, collated into sets and glued from one edge to provide neat customised stationary which allows individual pages to be removed.
Collating & Gathering
Sorting and collation is vital for accuracy and expediency and our automated 10 station system ensures that the job is done in double-quick time.

Lamination
Our Paperplast B1 double-sided laminator allows double the speed and efficiency in addition to allowing the lamination of both sides using differing type of laminates in one pass.

Creasing & Folding
Our automated high speed scoring and folding machines allow for scoring, perforating and folding all to be completed in one machine cycle for bulk processing. Popular folds include: Half-Fold, Z Fold, Gate Fold, Double Fold, Accordion Fold, Map Fold and Letter Fold.

Trimming & Sheeting
Proco offers full reel to sheet textile slitting/sheeting up to 1450mm wide in addition to the more conventional power guillotining for paper and card.

Hot-foiling
Our Heidelberg cylinder hot-foiling machine ensures the most advanced blocking techniques with no plates required; specialist foils such as Holographic are available alongside more conventional materials such as Gold, Silver and Copper.
